1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Evermind AI website and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

  • "AI" refers to the artificial intelligence technology provided by Evermind AI.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users must keep their passwords and accounts secure and confidential. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their accounts.
  • Users agree to review any Content generated by our AI before sharing it with their customers, and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the use of such Content.
  • Users must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, Users may be required to create an account. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to the AI technology, Content, and any software, are owned by Evermind AI or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

6. Liability Limitations

  • Evermind AI shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or hallucinations in the Content generated by our AI. Users acknowledge that the AI is a tool and that the responsibility for any decisions made based on the Content rests solely with the User.
  • Evermind AI is not liable for any security breaches resulting from weak passwords or inadequate security practices by Users.
  • In no event shall Evermind AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our Services.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in a location determined by Evermind AI.

8. Modification of Terms

Evermind AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without formal notice. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

Evermind AI may terminate or suspend a User's access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if the User breaches these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
